Willie and Robin Blazer, two wild and free spirits, set out on a mission to create a brand that captures the essence of the American West. In 2010, they opened Willie’s Distillery in Ennis, Montana, close to the iconic Madison river. With Willie’s background in Appalachian moonshine country and Robin’s Montana roots and business savvy, they created a place that honors the culture and heritage of the American West. The company uses bespoke copper pot still from Bavarian Holstein, a family-owned company that has produced Spirit stills since the late 50s!

Springtime in Montana is like a dream come true! The air smells like fresh apple blossoms, and the cottonwood trees sway in the breeze. The bees are hard at work, collecting pollen to make the most delicious honey one has ever tasted. All that nature provides Montana Honey Moonshine bottles up and shares responsibly with the world. This delicate Moonshine is made with a traditional recipe of three whole grains and a touch of molasses; it is then aged to perfection in oak barrels and added a touch of local sweetness from the honey. Bottled at 70 proof, it makes for a perfect aperitif or a soothing nightcap.
