These are complemented by the vibrant, unaged pot still rums of Jamaica and Cornwall, bringing a lively, estery intensity to the blend. Adding a final touch of finesse is a light, unaged rum from Guyana, contributing subtle sweetness and lift. All distilleries are undisclosed.
