Distillery Information

Ukiyo Japanese spirits were born in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano in Kagoshima. Their foundation is indigenously grown rice masterfully distilled into traditional spirit. Ukiyo means “floating world” and symbolises living in the moment in the here and now. A lifestyle of the Edo period in Japan (1600 – 1867).
