A limited-edition 2014 Australian rum from Transcontinental Rum Line that was distilled in Queensland and initially matured in Australia for five years, in American oak casks, before being transported to Europe for a further two years aging in ex-Cognac casks. Aromas of baking spices, oak, cinnamon, dried apricots, raisins and sultanas fill the nose, complemented by notes of apples, mandarins, garden herbs, sage, cherries, liquorice, vanilla and rose petals throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
