Light citrus zest with vanilla backbone. After a bit of time in the glass, funk and smoke linger. The rum has a soft, subtle heat with coating mouth feel, finishing round and soft. Notes of butterscotch and orange peel are present at the end. This is the perfect rum for a traditional Daiquiri.
