The Malt Magicians of Macallan are known for their fondness for Sherry casks, but we need to invent a new word for this glorious beast. It was distilled back in 1979 and bottled in 1997, and it seems this Grand Reserva is out there to see where the Sherry limits lie. Incredibly sought after, too!
