Description: Terebinto is a typical small bush diffused in Sicily and in the Mediterranean landscape. This aromatic and intense wine is produced with 100% Grillo grapes and recalls pink grapefruit. The fermentation at 15C starts after the soft pressing and the static decanting of the juice. The aging on lees in inox tanks lasts for 6 months.
