Best enjoyed after meals as a digestive or in combination with coffee. Perfect paired with dried fruits, chocolate desserts, pastries, spicy foods (Chinese food). Recommended to serve chilled or between 10-15C.

Aroma:Very complex, bouquet, full of spicy oak notes mixed with nuts, honey, vanilla sweets and toffee.

Taste:Structured, rounded, smooth on the palate, highly complex, with almond nuances and full of notes of Sherry mixed with hints of vanilla and caramel. The finish is long and persistent.

Colour:Amber topaz with orange reflections, bright and transparent.
