Lunetta Prosecco Ros Extra Dry is an appealing and delicately fruity sparkling wine from Cavit, one of Italys leading co-operatives based in the mountainous Trentino region. Cavit, originally formed as a consortium of small local growers, is renowned for producing high-quality wines that reflect the character of their terroir. This Prosecco Ros combines elegance and freshness with the traditional charm of the Veneto hills.

Production
Grapes are sourced from the hills above Treviso, the traditional heartland of Prosecco. The Glera grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel for 1520 days. A proportion of Pinot Nero, vinified as a red wine, is then blended in to give the wine its delicate ros colour. The wine undergoes a second, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, enhancing texture and finesse before bottling.

Tasting notes
Pale pink with cherry hues, the nose shows fresh berry aromas and a fine mousse. The palate is vibrant, with redcurrant and citrus notes balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish.
