The new Rosa Regale Sparkling White is made from 100 Moscato Bianco sourced from the nearby Asti DOCG region in Piedmont, Italy. Rosa Regale is made in the Charmat process or Metodo Italiano. The handpicked Moscato grapes are settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Once the wine reaches 7 alcohol and a pressure of 5.5. bars, the wine is chilled and immediately filtered before bottling. The result is a lightly sparkling white wine with sophisticated sweetness and intense aromas of orange blossom with hints of acacia flowers and sage. Well-balanced with fresh acidity and hints of honey.
