Trinchero Family Estates was founded more than seventy years ago by Italian immigrants when Mario Trinchero and his brother John moved to Napa Valley, California, from New York to purchase the Sutter Home Winery. The family business has expanded rapidly since then through solid management, organic growth, acquisition, and innovation including inventing the White Zinfandel Wine category in 1971. Amador Chardonnay Barrel Finished Bourbon Whiskey comes from the grasslands of Kentucky. Its a high-wheated Bourbon that was first aged for 3 years in new charred American oak casks. Then, it traveled to Napa Valley where it was finished in ex-Chardonnay French oak casks for 9 -12 months. The two worlds melt seamlessly into vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, and roasted almonds that are supported by tobacco and honey. Do it neat, over ice, or in a classic Whiskey cocktail.
