This Single Barrel offering from 1792 offers the traditional high rye mash, just from selected barrel located in the sweet spots of the distillery. It delivers much of the same black pepper spice of the small batch but with a bit of a vanilla caramel and brown sugar. Definitely an upgrade from an already tasty Bourbon.
