Nose: Soft, ripe peaches and apricots are joined by sweet, juicy notes of Pear Tart Tatin, complete with buttery pastry. Silky vanilla pod and banana loaf bring a tropical touch to things.

Palate: All the fruit here! There’s tropical fruit salad, creamy apricot, cooked apples and pears, with pastry sweetness and a dusting of icing sugar. White chocolate nestles beneath, with an estery hint of foam banana sweeties.

Finish: Peaches and vanilla cream, gentle oak, toasted almonds,a touch of yoghurt with honey.
