Wolfburn (of Thurso) has recently taken the title of Scotland’s most northerly mainland distillery from Old Pulteney.

The Aurora, part of their signature range,is made from spirit laid down in a combination of American oak and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.

This Wolfburn Aurora Sherry Oak is a single malt Scotch whisky that has been aged in sherry casks, giving it a rich and fruity flavor. The sherry casks impart a smoothness and complexity to the whisky, making it a must-try for any whisky connoisseur.
