Agua Fria Cold IPA starts as a classic, all American Lager style, using 25% corn next tothe house Pilsner malt. Fermented at low ale temperature, low-mid 60s, usinga reliable lager yeast strain and dry hopped in the same manner asthe West Coast IPAs. This beers drier, lighter, lager backbone allowsthe Amarillo, Strata, and Cascade hops to really take the stage aromatically and finish crisper than typical West Coast IPA.
