This pale sparkling ros opens with delicate notes of firm peach, cherry pit and watermelon rind. A soft toasty character adds depth to the medium-weight palate, while the creamy mouthfeel is lifted by bright acidity and tart notes of red currant and strawberry hull that linger on the close.

A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir from one of our favorite go-to sparkling wines from the south of France.
