Just outside the town of Jesus Maria in the Highlands of Jalisco, the Lopez family of fifth-generation agave farmers grows agave plants for making Tequila. Longtime Tequila aficionado Ken Austin found them there, and partnered with them to make a new Tequila together creating Avion Tequila. The Highlands have the best volcanic soils and perfect combination of microclimates to produce the best Tequilas in the world. In fact, their signature Tequila was awarded “Worlds Best Tasting Tequila” and “Worlds Best White Spirit” in 2012 against 1400 other Spirit brands at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Avin Reserva Cristalino is a unique blend of their finest Aejo tequila with a touch of Extra Aejo. Crafted from hand-picked 7YO agaves that are grown at 7,000 feet aboves sea level, this expression brings you the brightness of the agave and the complexity of an Aejo.
