Produced using the traditional method, it undergoes a minimum of four years of lees ageing and is finished with a dosage of 4 g/L using the same wine, resulting in a perfectly balanced, expressive sparkling wine.
From a renowned English vineyard in the West, this wine exemplifies meticulous craftsmanship and a commitment to quality, recognised multiple times by WineGB West and the South West Vineyards Association.
The wine is 100% Pinot Noir and is vinified using the traditional method, including a second fermentation in the bottle. Extended lees ageing of at least four years adds complexity, texture, and depth to the final wine.
