Co-founded byAllen Katz and Tom Potterand located in Brooklyn just across the East River from Manhattan, the distillery is attached to their local bar calledThe Shanty.This allows them to taste the Spirits they create and sample new formulations live with customers every night. The first product was a classic Gin, but the lineup has been expanded to three Gins, a handful of Rye Whiskies, and flavored Spirits.
