A delicious small-batch bourbon distilled at Bardstowns Barton distillery, with a rye-focused mash bill. Why 1792? This is the year Kentucky officially became a state. A much-loved straight bourbon, offering one of the most highly recognised flavour profiles on the market.

Nose:Sweet toasted cereals, hints of creamy vanilla and custard, some smouldering rich charred oak, caramel wafer and creamy ice-cream, soft raisins and sultanas.

Palate:Gentlespices come through at the opening of this very tasty bourbon, toasted and caramelised peanuts, cinnamon and apricot patisseries, milk chocolate and caramel sauce with a hint of soft runny honey and caramel.
