The company avoided any media or press to focus solely on trials to isolate grain and yeast before silently producing and maturing stock for the debut release.Additionally, the distillery acquired James Campbell, formerly of Laphroaig, to oversee the operation. We’re excited for this release with all estate grown heirloom barley & excited for the future of this project.
