These old perry pear trees have deep root that reach deep into the soils, imparting a soft minerality to this perry. Well balanced and complex, this perry is makes a great alternative to champagne or sparkling wine.
Poire Granit drinks semi-dry to semi-sweet, with exceptionally well balanced tannins and acidity (medium-plus for each). Clean and crisp aromatics of soft pear and minerality. With a rigorous glass swirl you can pull some soft smoky notes on the nose. Tasting notes of fresh pear, lemon lime, minerality, candy peach, and dried pineapple. Delicate and exquisite.
