Before distillation, the ingredients are soaked in vodka for several hours. This allows the aromas and flavours of the juniper berries and herbs such as lemon balm, edelweiss, woodruff and lavender to develop optimally. Careful distillation and addition of glacier water – this creates the Xellent Swiss Edelweiss Gin.
