Description:This wine is closelyconnectedto the greatest wine of Valpolicella – Amarone. After pressing thedriedgrapes from which Amarone is made, the Valpolicella wine is passed over again to allow for a secondalcoholicfermentation which increases thealcoholiccontent and the wine becomes richer in colour andbouquet.
