This Reposado is born from estate-grown agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, and produced at DistileriaEl Ranchito, with no additives in order to let the tequila profile and terroir shine through.Agave mash is fermented with afield-extracted, wildyeast. Color of very pale, yellow straw, smoked citrus nose with hints of vanilla and roasted sweet potato. Taste of salted vanilla cookie, allspice, oak, and some slight heat- but minimal burn
